If you are interested in buying a print, the basic process is outlined on this page, with links to pages containing additional information like: print surfaces and mounting, sizing and customization, and cost. I produce a wide variety of both small-medium format art and landscape prints, as well as large-format, high-resolution landscape prints. Small-format prints can be selected from the collections in the •EXPLORE page; large-format prints can be selected from the [GALLERIES] and [PRINTS] pages.

Image Selection:

Please note that images contained in the first two sections of this site (•PORTAL and •PORTFOLIOS) are all contained elsewhere within the [GALLERIES] and [PRINTS] sections. These latter two sections are intended to be used by clients for image selection and culling, and contain galleries with images formatted to different aspect ratios (pano, vertical, square), and a selection of images you are interested in can be notated and forwarded to me as necessary:

To make your selection(s), enter ‘Gallery mode’ by clicking on an image; note that there is a ‘star’ icon in the bottom left corner by the thumbnails. Click this ‘star’ to select image(s), and when you are done within that gallery, click the “Make Selection(s)” button at the bottom of the page, then enter your name and email address. This will make a new sub-gallery where you can view only your selected images, and will also forward the image IDs to me.

Types of Prints and Mounting:

I have a wide array of printed products available through my custom printing labs, including standout mounting and metal prints (no framing required), acrylic, foamcore/styrene/dry-mounting, etc. Please inquire via email if there is a specific product you want that you do not see listed on the Prints and Mounting page, as there are far too many options to list them all. All prints and enlargements can be ordered printed on Glossy, Lustre, or Metallic papers, though not all papers can be mounted on all substrates. For more details, please visit the PRINTS & MOUNTING page.

Customizing a print for a specific space:

Due to the size and high-resolution of most of my landscape prints, they can be printed at very large sizes, often much larger than may be necessary for a given space in your home or office. The main advantage in buying a print from CatchingTime. com is that I will personally customize your selected large-format print to match your space, and will provide a digital mockup of what the print will look like on your wall. For more information, please visit the CUSTOMIZING A PRINT page.

Cost for Prints and Mounting:

Print Pricing and Packages are shown on the Print Costs page for commonly-requested print products and sizes. Please note that all prints provided by special order use the highest quality archival photographic substrates and mounting techniques. All prints and enlargements can be ordered printed on Glossy, Lustre, or Metallic papers, though not all papers can be mounted on all substrates. Most large-format prints are fully customized to a client’s specific needs, so providing exact prices can only occur down the road a bit after the details are worked out. Prices are quoted for single prints; if you have a large institutional setting for which you’d like to purchase multiple prints, discounts are available and will scale with volume. If you’d like to see some prices of common products and sizes, or would like more pricing/ordering information, please visit the PRINT PRICING page.

Ordering Prints:

More often than not customers would like a solution that is customized to their needs and space, and thus I do not currently offer an automated online checkout system for print purchasing (nor do I offer such things as coffee mugs and t-shirts). If you would like more information or would like to order prints, please send me an email with details, and do take advantage of the Print Proofing feature to collate a gallery collection of the images you are interested in.
